Lars Hajslund is an international networker on the keys2passion team. Through his work with organizations, leaders, entrepreneurs and employees in more than 100 countries, Lars has developed a great understanding of larger processes, leadership, strategic thinking and development, creation of dynamic learning environments and of course, different cultures.
A natural desire to be with people and to contribute to their development makes a workshop with Lars fun, profound, filled with learning and full of energy. Lars dares to be in the areas of life where development does not necessarily feel good, but definitely is good.
Lars is an experienced international Board Member and as 2006 JCI President was responsible for 200,000 young active citizens worldwide. Lars has worked with leadership throughout his entire career. After many years in the hotel industry, Lars founded keys2passion in 2000 to live his passion for creating outstanding transformations in people and organizations.
Lars is a graduate of the 12 th JCI Academy in Hiroshima , Japan , and holds a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management. Lars is an International Training Fellow with the JCI Training .
Lars primarily works with seminars and workshops for the leadership of Danish and international companies. These workshops all aim to make the outstanding transformation that is the keys2passion trademark. |
