In the times when we cannot find a beginning for the solution by an idea and a measures method as the conventional independent national interest, because the common problems on such earth scale increase, we need a collaborative relationship with the global vision

Open this network of the nongovernmental diplomacy to promote this collaborative relationship, it is the truth that JAYCEE should aim at, to realize world true peace and stability.

Furthermore, Japanesse possesses the traditional Japanese value of “OMOIYARI,” which in literal terms means "to imagine another's feelings,” thereby forging strong relationships based on trust and mutual feeling. We must send it for world true world peace realization now.

As the first step, let's begin consciousness reform as like what we can do and what kind of role can we accomplish for a world pending issue piling up.

We are aware of a role and must put it into an action while talking with our brand-new heart. And we have strong-willed will to finish carrying it out whatever it takes
